Byron Agababian is a full time resident in the Florida Keys. Byron is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor and a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector. He has been building homes since 1985 and has been inspecting homes for over 22 years, performing thousands of inspections.
Building of all types
Byron has extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial buildings. The State Building Contractor License qualifies him to inspect ALL types of buildings in the Florida Keys and write insurance inspection letters for ALL types of buildings.

When working for you, he will make certain that everyone stays informed about the home and any issues it may have. Through clear and coherent communication he informs his clients of the true condition of the potential property. Clients and realtors are both welcome to attend any inspection services and see any issues in person. Your report will be laid out in clear terms, and Byron will remain available after the inspection to answer any of your questions.
